Did you notice yesterday that Facebook and Instagram went down for a few hours? Some people might still be hyperventilating at the thought of it, others might not have noticed.
I was most definately in the former category, as was in a client’s Ads Manager account when it happened and definately had a slight panic.
It reminded me though of a clever person I met whilst doing my social media training (yes that was a thing half a century ago) who advised on business accounts on social media, it’s a very good idea to have two people as admin (or full access as it’s also known) on your page.
Pick someone you trust but also someone that won’t mind you using their phone while you catch up on any missed messages, comments etc.
